I had recently bought a prepaid mastercard, when I got home I tried to go check to see if it was activated ( and it was declined. Nothing strange there.

I waited a few more hours, and tried again. Declined. Hmm, I thought, I'll wait a few more hours. I then went to bed and in the morning tried it again.

Did not work. When I got home from school it didn't work. I think you see a pattern. It has been over 40 hours since I purchased my card, I've tried getting to customer service but you can either phone in or write a letter...

no emails...

I can not phone in because my phone recently broke and I need to get a new one, and god knows that I'm not going to write a letter in. This service is absolute ***

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: When the card works.

I didn't like: When the card does not work and i waste money.
