Vanilla Gift - Very disappointed
I have a reloadable mastercard. I went to Circle K to and purchase a voucher in the amount of $360.00 to put on my prepaid card to pay a bill.
I wasn't able to successfully add the pin to my card so I called my vanillas customer support and explained my issue.
They looked into it and said my card was in a spend down status (no idea what that means) and that it would be resolved in 24-48 hours. I patiently waited those two days and called back.
Once again there has been no resolution and here I am sitting with a 10 digit pin number that I can't do anything with.
I've been provided no update by their support team and keep getting told that it was forwarded to their back office and keep getting told the same information over and over. So beyond frustrated and now I'm out $360.00.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $360.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Vanilla Gift Cons: Lack of responce, Inability to contact customer service, No suitable resolution.
