Purchased MC gift card in Nov. 2015; card lost in mail; contacted Vanilla and was able to talk to someone who took my info.; gave me a reference number to include with copy of receipt and util.
bill; this was to be emailed by me to Premium_fax@incomm.com; got an immediate response and was told to wait 3-5 days for review and action; have not received anything since; tried to follow up today with no success.
Don't know what to do next. Yes, I'm pissed.
