how would she know?!? Now I am trying to use it and your customer service team has asked me to ask my mother to go back to get the receipt. This doesn’t make any sense! I have used many gift cards and yours has to be the worst.
We just lost 100$ cause your process is broken and your customer service is completely incompetent! Consumer protection agencies need to shut you down!
