This is such a nasty experience. I have received a 200 dollar Vanilla gift card along with another 200 dollar gift card from an institution.

I had no issues using the other card however when I went to use the Vanilla Master card and the transaction didn't go through. I tried in two different places and the same results. I called the customer service of Vanilla and they need the pictures of the card, the receipt, pictures of the packaging blah blah.. I sent everything except the packaging pics as I through that in the recycle and now it has been 4 days later and I have no information.

I kept sending them emails and no replies.

I am so frustrated.

Please don't but this card. Buy something else...
